Prior to co-founding our firm, Mr. LaRue was a senior tax manager at the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young and currently has over 25 years of public accounting experience. In addition, Mr. La Rue holds a Masters degree in Taxation and is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of California. Mr. LaRue has extensive experience and expertise in partnership, corporate and individual taxation issues and his clients range from individual taxpayers to large multi-state corporations. |

Prior to co-founding our firm in 1991, Mr. McCormick was a senior tax manager with the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young. Mr. McCormick’s experience at Ernst & Young and as a partner at LaRue, Corrigan, McCormick & Teasdale LLP has included extensive work in providing both tax research and planning for large, closely held and start-up corporations and their shareholders and officers. |

| Ken Teasdale is an audit partner in the firm and is responsible for all of the audit, review and compilation engagements, which include large, medium and small sized publicly and privately held corporations, partnerships, non-profit organizations and 401(k) plans. Mr. Teasdale is also responsible for maintenance and compliance with the firm’s quality control practices and procedures. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Teasdale was the Chief Financial Officer for a publicly traded in-line skate company and was instrumental in the company’s initial public offering. Prior to this, Mr. Teasdale was a senior auditor with Grobstein, Horwath & Co. LLP. |

| Jack Corrigan is one of the two firm audit partners. Formerly an auditor with the international accounting firm of Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young), Mr. Corrigan is currently responsible for oversight and review of quality control on the firm’s audit engagements and has over 25 years experience in high-level accounting and auditing issues. Mr. Corrigan also served as vice-president and controller at Public Storage, Inc., where he had primary financial responsibility for publicly traded real estate investment trusts and over one hundred partnerships. Mr. Corrigan has been involved in numerous initial public offerings and in the structuring of various investment vehicles used to raise capital. |
