| History -Our firm was originally founded in 1991 by Rob LaRue, Jack Corrigan and Mike McCormick who left what was once the “Big 8” atmosphere to create their own atmosphere in the public accounting arena. The philosophy was simple – provide outstanding service for reasonable prices with irrefutable expertise. Based on this basic formula and plenty of hard work, client after client began realizing the value in what we had to offer, and as a result, the firm began to grow and expand. In 2001, Ken Teasdale was admitted as partner to manage and run the audit department in response to further growth and expansion. |

| Where we are now -Today our firm has grown into a full service certified public accounting firm providing quality tax, auditing, accounting and general business consulting services to numerous clients, regardless of size, in the Southern California area. With nearly 90 years of combined experience, each of the firm’s clients receives the personal attention and involvement of one or more of the partners. Based on this knowledge, we specialize in providing professional services to a large and diverse client base of not only large multinational corporations, but also mid-sized, entrepreneurial and start-up businesses. |

| Professional affiliations-We are currently a member firm of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, enabling us to be amongst a select list of firms to perform certified audits for publicly traded companies. We are a member of the Center for Public Company Audit Firms of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and are licensed by the California Board of Accountancy. Lastly, we are an affiliate firm in the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. To ensure the highest quality control and operational standards, we comply with all professional education requirements and regularly undergo peer reviews by an independent public accounting firm. Based on consistently receiving “clean” opinions in these reviews, we are proud to say that we practice at the highest possible level in the profession. |
